The road we take north has a brief stretch that is my favourite to drive. It's the combination of curves, hills, valleys, and picturesque views, that make it feel like time-travelling. I rarely stop due to the narrow shoulders, but my foot hovers over the brake pedal while I examine the route for good light and a scene presenting itself. If you have an opportunity to drive Highway 533, I recommend it.
