Practicing Poetry.

 

I am practicing poetry. There is a lot I have to relearn from the days of high school, where I was swimming, or more accurately drowning, in the rhythmic flow of iconic authors. So far, a recurring theme for what I've written is the relationship between toil, despair, and hope. I'm working at speaking from my experiences while ensuring literalism is not my only tone. This new format is enjoyable, and I hope my poetic verses will eventually be of similar quality to my photographs.
